Update Pending from Claymore
"New version is almost ready, but during testing I found some strange issue
sometimes if a card has no display connected I cannot change its memory clock. I tried both WattMan and ;AB to change memory clock, both show that new memory clock is applied, but no changes in hashrate until I use hdmi dummy plug. This is a serious issue because most straps are good ;only with memory overclock. I use 19.4.3 drivers and see this issue on most Polaris cards. But sometimes it works for some reason...
So new version is postponed until I find some workaround (or confirm that there is no way to fix it), it's not a good idea to use hdmi plug for every card in rig."

  • Notes, GrinGold miner is for AMD and Cuckaroo29 algo. The process to setup this miner requires you have .net 2.0 installed and that you edit a config file that's specific to your rig. I've done this in the past with other miners, but they require code change to aiominer.exe. once I have updated that, you will see AMD support (or if another miner is released)

How to Update your Mining Applications

AIOminer has the ability to push out new updates for all of your mining applications. These applications are updated weekly, and they will help you maintain your hash rates and to keep up with the latest forks. An example of this kind of update would be claymore going from version 16.8 to 17.0

When you update your miner applications, if you had changed any of them from the defaults, you will need to go back and set them back up.
I know this sucks, but we are working on big things, and the future us will fix this!

Other Options

  • Purge All Miners - Use this option to delete all of the miners, then start the download process. This helps if you have been updating for 6 months and need more HDD space
REMEMBER TO GO BACK TO BENCHMARK/MINER SETTINGS AND SET BACK UP ANY PREFERENCES YOU HAD
